During the PM Symposium in Tyson's Corner, VA, I had the pleasure of listening to John's engaging presentation. His skillful use of humor and storytelling effectively reinforced the lessons he aimed to impart. Among the highlights of his talk were the following insights: firstly, individuals prefer participation over being instructed; secondly, the main thing can be viewed differently by people; and thirdly, there are principles of motivation, such as the fact that it is impossible to motivate others, all individuals are motivated, and people do things for their reasons (WIIFM). One amusing anecdote he shared was a Navy sea story involving a mythical "hole in the ocean." John's speech left a lasting impression on me, and I eagerly anticipate my next chance to hear him.

During the final day of our Annual Meeting, John delivered an impressive opening speech. He proved to be highly adaptable during the planning process and conducted in-depth research on our company, employees, and desired outcome for his presentation. John crafted a presentation that exceeded our expectations and resonated with our attendees. Many attendees approached me later in the day expressing their appreciation for the presentation and the valuable insights they gained from it. Some even requested further information from John, which he promptly provided. I would enthusiastically rehire John in the future and recommend him without hesitation.
