Jeff Grossman Counseling
In my perspective, therapy is an extension of an individual's journey to cope with pain, suffering, loss, and confusion. Working collaboratively with my clients, we define clear objectives, establish a therapeutic commitment, explore any resistance towards the objectives, and meet regularly for a specific period. With a background in Systems Engineering, merchandising, and managing a Chevrolet dealership, I am now pursuing my passion as an individual, marital, and group therapist. My approach to therapy is highly collaborative, practical, and insight-oriented, seeking to help clients identify and articulate their internal feelings to get “unstuck” and achieve personal objectives, whether it's through short-term solution-based therapy or long-term growth-oriented approaches.
I work with a diverse set of clients, including couples struggling with communication and conflict resolution, coping with trust and infidelity, and challenges related to narcissist and borderline personality disorders. Additionally, I work with individuals coping with substance abuse, professionals seeking workplace promotions or salary increases, and those dealing with anxiety, stress, or depression. If you belong to any of these categories, I offer a confidential and safe environment where you can address critical and difficult issues.
My therapeutic approach is both interpersonal and existential, focusing on how individuals connect, relate, communicate with each other, while also exploring choice, agency, hope, and meaning to guide clients towards an incredible life. I am excited to help you find your path towards personal growth and improvement.
