Jeff Byron Restorations

The 1940s mahogany desk had been a beloved family furniture piece that Jeff took it upon himself to restore. To our surprise, during the stripping process, it turned out that the desk was mostly made out of poplar, with only some mahogany. Despite this setback, Jeff managed to astound us all by skillfully concealing the poplar and restoring the hidden beauty of the mahogany grain that had been previously drowned out by excessive staining and waxing over the years. Needless to say, we are all extremely delighted with the outcome.

Excellent job on the table refinishing! Although there was a minor variation in color, Jeff and Mary were quick to suggest adding another coat when delivering it. We appreciated their transparency, expertise, and commitment to ensuring our satisfaction, so we willingly agreed. We wouldn't hesitate to engage their services again.

Jeff's work was incredible, as he managed to restore my bed frame from Restoration Hardware. One of the side rails had snapped, but Jeff was able to resurrect it and even substituted the other rail while also offering additional slats for reinforcement. If I ever encounter any furniture repair quandaries in the future, Jeff will undoubtedly be the first individual I contact.
