My experience with JDW was exceptional! I required the trimming of 3 oak trees, 2 crepe myrtles, and the removal of a small camphor tree. Upon reaching out to various service providers, JDW was the first to respond and promptly provided a quote. When I subsequently contacted them a month later to hire their services, they were extremely responsive. JDW's understanding of trees is impressive and their work was truly flawless. Now, stepping out to the front yard feels like being in a brand new space. I strongly recommend JDW to anyone seeking tree trimming services.

Years ago, I planted a tree that was recently toppled by a storm. Despite reaching out to multiple places for help, they either turned me down or charged exorbitant fees. However, JDW Outdoors offered a reasonable price to restore my tree by pulling it back up, trimming it to reduce weight, and staking it. They were flexible and understanding when I needed to wait for HOA approval, but promptly scheduled an appointment once approval was granted. In addition to fixing my tree, they trimmed my other trees at the perfect time for a looming hurricane, and even replaced an old, dying shrub with a new tree. Now, my tree stands straight, the new tree looks lovely, and my other trees are suitably pruned.

Our experience with JDW Outdoors was outstanding. They removed one tree and trimmed three others, resulting in an amazing transformation of our backyard. Working with Doug was effortless as he was highly responsive. As we weren't present on the property during the completion of the task, Doug went the extra mile by forwarding us pictures to keep us updated.
