I cannot stress enough how supportive military-friendly companies like JDog are. Semper Fi JDog! I am thoroughly impressed with their work! The flooring has been transformed with three shades lighter and feels wonderfully smooth. Fernando was a brilliant worker who not only provided his expert service but also offered valuable advice on how to maintain the natural stone tiles. He was very considerate and took great care with the heavy furniture that was our responsibility to move. Without hesitation, I strongly recommend JDog!

All in all, the cleaning job was satisfactory, although I did have to go back and tidy up the edges of the floor to remove some remaining debris on the tile surface after it had dried. This caught me off guard. However, apart from that minor issue, the cleaner was able to remove some stubborn spots that I previously assumed were impossible to get rid of.
