They did a great job installing our crown molding. However, we experienced some delay due to shortage of materials, which was also underestimated on both ends. Despite the setback, they tirelessly worked all day to complete the project.

The response time was not as prompt as anticipated, and regrettably, the project was incomplete, despite my full payment. Although the cabinet is of good quality, I am dissatisfied with having paid the full price for an unfinished product.

d arrive, but he didn't respond. Finally, we had to call him to confirm the date before our arrival. Although he is a great person, his communication skills are a weakness. Even though we had agreed upon a date while we were out of state, we reminded him of our arrival, but received no response. Eventually, we were forced to call him to confirm the date before our arrival.
