Jeff was incredibly responsive and helpful when we needed to schedule an inspection. His pricing was also great. When we arrived at the site, Jeff was already on the job and had completed much of the outside work. His efficiency was greatly appreciated as we value punctuality.
During the inspection, Jeff was extremely thorough and took the time to address all of our questions and concerns. He was knowledgeable and clear in explaining any potential defects or necessary repairs. He also had many valuable suggestions.
One thing we truly appreciated about Jeff was his patience and willingness to answer any and all questions. He made us feel comfortable and never made us feel foolish for asking anything.
Overall, we were impressed with Jeff's professionalism and highly recommend him to anyone in need of an inspector. He's especially great for first-time home buyers. We plan on referring all clients in Jeff's service area to him.
