Ulisses from JBV Cleaning Services was hired by me to clean my moss-covered roof that spans over 3,500 square feet. I received four proposals, but I selected him based on his responsiveness and fair bid. Ulisses was eager to take on the job, and he completed it alone, arriving punctually every day over two days to clean my concrete tile roof to an excellent standard. He meticulously cleaned the entire roof, leaving no section unattended. Despite the mess involved in cleaning a roof, Ulisses took it upon himself to wash my gutters, drain spouts, and patio areas once his job was complete. I would not hesitate to employ Ulisses for future projects and strongly recommend him to anyone in need of his services. I enjoyed working with him.

Ulisses did an outstanding job power-washing our home, cleaning our gutters, and washing our solar panels. He was punctual, well-mannered, diligent and meticulous in his work. The outcome was remarkable, as our home looked like it had undergone an entirely new paint job and makeover. Unfortunately, midway through the project, his power-washer malfunctioned, but he went above and beyond in purchasing a new one (since the industrial-grade washers are very expensive) and completed the work without charging us any extra (although I compensated him for the additional travel and time). Furthermore, he has a contingency plan in place to avoid such mechanical troubles in the future, and I am already looking forward to his return in the years to come.
