At first, I was satisfied with J Blakely as their rates were competitive with other companies. However, I now understand that their lower charges come at a cost. During my initial experience with them, the job was postponed multiple times "due to weather" and when it was finally completed, there were many missing nails from the bottom boards of the fence. This resulted in a board breaking because of my dogs. Although they promised to fix it the next day, it took them a month to come back. Despite my reservations, I hired Jason again to put up a fence on a different side of my yard. I specifically requested that the new fence be installed against the old one in the same way as before. However, the entire fence was removed, forcing me to take each of my dogs out individually for three consecutive days. When the job was finally concluded, it was full of the same careless errors such as absent nails, screws, and even an old fence post being put up. When I asked them to remedy the situation and complete the fence to the standard I expected, they demanded payment first. I learned my lesson following the first occurrence and knew to hold off until they returned. I wouldn't advise anyone seeking a comprehensive and trustworthy firm to consider J Blakely. Attached are a few images of the latest job they did. Furthermore, they left the old fence (which I never asked them to take down) on my front yard, expecting the city to pick it up instead of taking it away themselves.

As we embarked on the arduous task of seeking architectural endorsement for a higher fence in Pebble Creek, they exhibited tremendous patience and adaptability throughout the process. Upon obtaining the requisite modified approval, they expeditiously revised their estimates and furnished hassle-free payment links, all while delivering personalized service and displaying exemplary workmanship. Of paramount importance, Jason fulfilled his pledges and evinced a servant's heart, which augurs well for his ability to meet all his clients' requirements and attain success.

My experience was amazing in every aspect. The individuals were professional, cooperative, warm, and the work was of the highest standards!
