The preliminary work on my fireplace appeared to be satisfactory. Although it took some time to complete due to the delayed arrival of the HVAC unit, I managed to DIY the installation. JBI electricians arrived on a Sunday and accomplished the initial wiring needed for the project. Later on, their apprentices came to finish connecting the unit and confirm that everything was in working order. I was expecting them to complete the installation by coming back for a final visit and install the ceiling light. Unfortunately, despite my attempts to reach out to them, I have been unsuccessful in contacting JBI. In an effort to finish the remaining steps, I attempted to do it myself, but encountered issues with the power supply. Yesterday, I sought help from another electrician who was available to assist me on the same day. Upon examination of the wiring, he found various errors, including an incorrect connection of the fan wire to the ignition power and exposed copper in the switch box. I am inclined to give JBI a three-star rating because the initial interaction was satisfactory, but I am disappointed with the lack of follow-up.

Justin and his team were excellent! They efficiently installed 8 fixtures and consulted me on the pendant length above the bar. Additionally, they moved a fan from one room to another, which added a fixture to their original task list. I would absolutely rehire Justin without hesitation.

The superb work Justin and his team accomplished deserves commendation! I required cat5 wiring installation within difficult-to-access parts, but they completed it with both speed and proficiency. The result appears pleasing to the eye and functions splendidly. Additionally, Justin proved to be an agreeable collaborator who deliberately ensured my satisfaction.
