I found JBH's estimate to be more affordable than the other provider's offer for their subpar product. JBH promptly addressed my request and efficiently installed the moisture barrier the following day. Their team was on time and provided excellent customer service. Additionally, they promised to follow up during a high humidity period next summer to check on the moisture issue. Overall, I am extremely content with their service.
