Upon contacting JBC, they promptly replied and provided an estimate the following day. They efficiently scheduled repairs within a week, completing them in a single day (even on a Sunday). These repairs have held up well in recent rainy weather with no reported issues. Overall, a positive experience so far.

Javier and his team displayed excellent workmanship in identifying and repairing the leak in my roof. After consulting with several roofers, each with conflicting opinions, and spending a significant amount of money with no success, I was grateful for Javier's expertise in identifying the root cause of the problem and fixing the necessary section of the roof. Additionally, they went above and beyond by replacing my chimney, taking the time to provide me with daily updates and photos of the progress while I was away from the property. They worked tirelessly, even staying beyond sunset to complete the job flawlessly.
