After hiring him, I waited for him to show up and inspect the issue. Upon assessing the problem, he stated that a part was required. I was surprised to learn that he charged me $180.00 for his diagnostic and service visit. This felt unreasonable given that the issue was not resolved. Furthermore, he informed me that the funds would be on hold for 21 days, which seemed excessive. It has now been a month, and I have yet to hear back from him. This situation is particularly frustrating as I hired him to fix my 82-year-old mother's appliance, and she is still unable to use it. While I've used Venmo in the past with no issues, I cannot recommend his services.
