When I encountered issues with two bathroom sinks and a tub drain, he readily agreed to come an hour early (at 8 am on a Saturday) to ensure that his work was done before another contractor arrived for a different project. Bill was extremely reliable and obviously adept in his field, quickly diagnosing the causes of the blockages and replacing a pipe. I would definitely hire him again and wholeheartedly recommend him to others.

After discovering a leak in our tub, I quickly turned to CrackerJack to find a reliable plumber. Within minutes, Bill showed interest and arranged a meeting for the next day. Promptly arriving at the agreed-upon time, Bill had requested a photo beforehand and brought a necessary part. In less than an hour, he resolved the issue and left the faucet functioning impeccably. I will definitely reach out to Bill for any upcoming plumbing concerns.

There is a particular problem with my shower drain pipes and Bill gave me a detailed explanation of what the issue is. He also provided helpful suggestions on how to remove the blockage considering some limitations on my part.

After we reached out to his company, Bill arrived the following day. We were extremely grateful that he was able to find the time to come out and fix the garbage disposal, especially since it was during a holiday weekend!

He successfully tackled every task on my to-do list, which included repairing multiple leaky and dysfunctional toilets, unclogging the tub, replacing the kitchen faucet, fixing a leaky drain, and unclogging another drain. Additionally, he corrected errors made by supposed "professional" plumbers. I strongly recommend his services, as he is truly knowledgeable and skilled in plumbing.
