I contacted Jaycob to convey what my partner and I were seeking. He was exceptionally responsive and approachable, simplifying our arrangements for time and location. With this being our inaugural visit to Hawaii, we had no clue about the ideal location for our shoot. We requested Jaycob's recommendations and were given a couple of excellent options. Jaycob sent us reminders through messages days prior to and the day before the shoot. It was on the day of the shoot that we met Jaycob in person and discovered his amiability. Despite it being our first time doing a shoot and our first time in Hawaii, Jaycob put us at ease. The experience of the shoot with Jaycob was amazing - he captured genuine expressions from us as we lived in the moment. It was the best choice to choose him, and his artful talent was impressive. It's unfortunate that I have to write this review despite thoroughly enjoying the experience with my wife. Everything, from the location to the way the session was handled, was exactly what we wanted. However, it's been almost 7 weeks and we haven't received any updates regarding our photos. We're hoping for at least an update soon to ensure our family will receive our photos promptly.
Update: We have recently received a response and my wife is thrilled to finally see the pictures! :)
