On the day of installation, we asked Jay to make some slight changes to the plan, such as painting additional sections that were not previously mentioned. Jay swiftly took care of these eleventh-hour adjustments. We expected him to decline the request or come back another day, but to our surprise, he finished everything just as we had requested, even the last-minute modifications!
