For the past 3 months, I have been training with him and have managed to build 5 pounds of muscle while losing 7 percent of body fat. He is incredibly dedicated to his clients and provides comprehensive support. I found tracking my calorie intake, which he recommended, immensely useful in reaching my weight loss goals.
