Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm, with HVAC and plumbing services available for $85 per hour. After hours and weekend rates start at $125 per hour, but we typically limit it to 2 hours unless there are major issues. However, we are willing to negotiate if we believe you could use some additional care and compassion.

We believe in transparency and will always inform you in advance of any additional charges, such as when a job requires two people. Our team is experienced in HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and handyman services. Additionally, we offer professional home and site cleaning services and technical support for thermostat replacements.

After moving into my new place, I attempted to install my Nest thermostat for the downstairs HVAC system. Unfortunately, my efforts caused the air handler's fuse to blow, leaving me in need of tech support. As a temporary fix, I reset and reprogrammed the pre-installed Ecobee for the second floor, but it resulted in heat being on instead of AC. Frustrated and exhausted, I gave up around 1am and reached out to Jason at CrackerJack. Despite it being a Sunday morning, Jason promptly offered assistance and guided me through the process.
