In 2020, when the COVID-19 pandemic struck, I shifted all of my training classes to virtual sessions via Zoom. This screen-sharing application allows my clients to share their screen and mouse with me, enabling me to illustrate how to perform certain functions while allowing them to try it themselves, ensuring they master the newly acquired skills. This has proven to be vastly popular, with clients even enjoying the convenience of virtual sessions over in-person ones.
