- Single session rate: $120
- 4 session package: $105/session
- 8 session package: $100/session

Even during my third trimester, Jason and I are keeping up our rigorous training schedule three days a week. He is an expert in personal training, and his knowledge has transformed my muscle strength and tone since I began working with him in January - during my fifth month of pregnancy. What sets him apart is his expertise in prenatal and postnatal strength training that makes me feel 100% comfortable with him. Jason always motivates me to stay on track in the gym, and his genuine care for his clients is incredibly valuable. His approach deserves five-star praise without a doubt!

As someone who has been exercising for over half of my life and even became a personal trainer 10 years ago, I must say that I am no stranger to working out. However, three years ago, I severely injured my spine during a lifting challenge at the gym, resulting in multiple herniated/bulging discs and osteoarthritis in my left knee. Many of the exercises that I used to be able to do caused me extreme pain, and I was in search of a trainer who could create a training plan that was tailored to my abilities. After trying other trainers who trained me in the same way they trained others or themselves, I realized that I needed a professional who understood that each person is different and should be trained according to their individual strengths and weaknesses. I turned to TSA Fitness and had a great conversation with Jason, who didn't rush through our call and understood precisely what I required. I booked a consultation session with Lucas, the trainer I'm currently working with, and he has been exactly what I was searching for. Lucas not only has the expertise but also the patience to adjust exercises and nutrition based on my capabilities. He's been able to do that for me, and I've seen improvement in just a few weeks. I have reached out to either my trainer or Jason on numerous occasions, and they have always been prompt and professional in their responses. I confidently recommend TSA Fitness to anyone, from those who are new to working out to those who are experienced. Maybe you know how to exercise but need some motivation, or perhaps you're intimidated or have had negative experiences working out in the past, as I had. Regardless, give them a chance. Lastly, while it's still early days, I'm looking forward to sharing my before-and-after photos with others in the weeks/months to come to encourage them to invest in themselves and avoid second-guessing their abilities.
