Jason, our Real Estate Agent, exceeded all of our expectations! He not only listened attentively to our family's needs, but he also accommodated difficult scheduling requests and went the extra mile by taking us out on evenings and weekends to view homes. Jason skillfully dealt with unexpected complications, such as a home listed as a 3-bedroom, but one of the rooms lacked a closet, which could affect the appraisal. In a hot seller's market, Jason managed to negotiate with the listing agent to build a closet and offer a home warranty for appliances, ensuring the appraisal matched the asking price. The closet was built inexpensively, and we even received money back at closing! In an unforeseen turn of events, my wife gave birth to our son three months early, adding personal concerns during the month leading up to our closing.
