Additionally, I also offer interactive partner training sessions that are fun and engaging. With my fully mobile equipment, I can cover all aspects of your training regardless of your preferred training location be it your home, outdoors, or even in an apartment gym.
Given the uncertainties brought forth by the pandemic, I have converted my home's space into a clean, professional and personal facility. This allows me to offer my services to clients who may not have adequate training space or those who may prefer a professional environment with minimal foot traffic. This translates to more optimized and uninterrupted sessions for us to work towards your goals with zero equipment compromises.

I understand that every individual's circumstances are unique, and using my personal story as an example, I strive to achieve your goals, regardless of where you are today. At birth, I was diagnosed with a rare vascular disease called Klippel-Trenaunay-Webber Syndrome, which has resulted in over five major surgeries on my right leg. Despite these setbacks, I have persevered to the point where I was told that I would never properly squat, sit, or stand for extended periods.
I experience chronic pain in my daily life but have chosen to opt for lifestyle changes and a proper workout program and diet plan, which has substantially reduced my dependence on pain medication. I underwent physical therapy for over three years, which has enabled me to empathize with my clients and apply my personal experiences into the training program.
I firmly believe that everything happens for a reason, and my story is a testament to this. I use my experiences to reach out to as many people as possible, demonstrating that anything is possible with hard work, dedication and the right support.
