I offer private and customizable one-on-one training sessions that can take place in any location that you feel most comfortable in. Additionally, I also offer interactive partner training sessions that are fun and engaging. With my fully mobile equipment, I can cover all aspects of your training regardless of your preferred training location be it your home, outdoors, or even in an apartment gym.

Given the uncertainties brought forth by the pandemic, I have converted my home's space into a clean, professional and personal facility. This allows me to offer my services to clients who may not have adequate training space or those who may prefer a professional environment with minimal foot traffic. This translates to more optimized and uninterrupted sessions for us to work towards your goals with zero equipment compromises.

As a passionate fitness and nutrition enthusiast, I am well-equipped to guide and teach you towards your desired goals in a fun and educational setting. My clients often surpass their expectations of what a trainer brings to the table, as I adopt a customized program design that is tailor-made for each client by assessing their movements and discussing their goals.

I provide nutritional support and exercise science knowledge as we progress through each session to ensure that you comprehend the importance of the activities we undertake. My unique specializations allow me to delve deeper into how your body moves, thereby empowering you to move freely and progressively.

My love and passion for fitness and nutrition is evident in every session. My goal is to keep you motivated and inspired throughout our sessions, courtesy of my positive and outgoing personality. I have demonstrated success in different aspects of fitness, such as increasing lean muscle mass, reducing body fat, corrective exercise therapy, flexibility among others.

I understand that every individual's circumstances are unique, and using my personal story as an example, I strive to achieve your goals, regardless of where you are today. At birth, I was diagnosed with a rare vascular disease called Klippel-Trenaunay-Webber Syndrome, which has resulted in over five major surgeries on my right leg. Despite these setbacks, I have persevered to the point where I was told that I would never properly squat, sit, or stand for extended periods.

I experience chronic pain in my daily life but have chosen to opt for lifestyle changes and a proper workout program and diet plan, which has substantially reduced my dependence on pain medication. I underwent physical therapy for over three years, which has enabled me to empathize with my clients and apply my personal experiences into the training program.

I firmly believe that everything happens for a reason, and my story is a testament to this. I use my experiences to reach out to as many people as possible, demonstrating that anything is possible with hard work, dedication and the right support.

I'm not sure where to begin, but let me just say that Jason is an exceptional trainer. His workouts are tailored specifically to you, no matter your age, which is crucial for achieving the results you desire both externally and internally. Not all trainers possess this ability, and Jason's approach is far from textbook – he has a genuine gift that brings out the best in his clients. My non-athletic son has gained newfound confidence through his work with Jason, and my husband (who thought he knew everything about weight training) has gained a fresh perspective. I've seen the impressive results of Jason's unique approach firsthand, and I can confidently say that he's no cookie-cutter trainer. Jason is not your average personal trainer. He is genuinely invested in your personal growth and wellbeing. Despite my struggles with depression and school responsibilities, I struggled to maintain consistency with my fitness routine. But Jason was always understanding and patient with me.
