My wellness massage sessions are tailored to include a variety of techniques such as manual lymph drainage, circulation restoration, toxin release, pressure point therapy, reflexology, deep tissue and soft tissue massage, and fluid movements.

As a practitioner of the "Intuitive Touch" approach, I am skilled in identifying and utilizing the most appropriate massage techniques for addressing any specific issues you may have.

Jan is truly outstanding! I wish I could award her with 100 shining stars; 5 stars seem insufficient for her excellence. My elderly father, who suffers from severe neuropathy and back pain, relies on Jan's weekly in-home massages. She possesses a very kind, gentle, and compassionate demeanor towards him. Not only does she massage his strained muscles, but she also assists him in relieving his pain. Every week, Jan brings a variety of massage tools, oils, machines, and more to help him. This week, she introduced hot stones to the massage process. After her visit this week, my father expressed that he was pain-free for a little while.
