Although Joe provided a good service, he missed some areas, which were pointed out in the post-clean review. While they were immediately addressed, it's a service that would need to be inspected for thoroughness. 2. Joe didn't clean my closets, which was understandable, but I would have preferred if he had asked me about them. 3. Joe could have emptied the vacuum cleaner he used to dry clean the floors. Despite these areas that could have been improved, I would still recommend Joe's service. While it might not be perfect, Joe is easy to work with, fast, communicative, and polite, and he did provide same-day service for a quick turnaround. If you want to be sure of thorough cleaning, I would recommend doing a full and detailed walkthrough yourself.
