Jamal was prompt in his response and consistently updated me on his estimated time of arrival. I required adjustments to two faucets that were loose and handles that were not flush. Additionally, there was luxury vinyl flooring that needed adjustments as it had moved from the flashing, and one side of my house had buckling siding. In the span of 45 minutes, Jamal was able to repair all of these issues. If I had opted for specialists for each job, such as a plumber, floor technician, and siding specialist, I would have incurred significantly higher expenses. Jamal charges by the project, and I believe his fees are reasonable. Many thanks to you, Jamal!
