Despite reconfirming with us twice, even during the same day at noon, the guys failed to arrive at the agreed-upon time. An hour later, when contacted, they cited being stuck at another job and were unable to provide us with a new estimated arrival time. This forced me to rearrange my entire schedule around their original timing, resulting in the waste of my entire day.
