On the day prior to Thanksgiving, I made a late call due to a valve break where we had to turn off the water. Even though it was after business hours, Jeff was the only one who agreed to come out and repair it. He displayed exceptional workmanship, was amicable, and extremely thoughtful. After having to let go of our previous plumbing company due to retirement, Jeff has now become our new go-to plumber.

There was a considerable leak in the pipe that connects the main to the house. A prompt fix was imperative, and Jeff from Thorough took charge by scheduling an emergency repair call. He arrived at 6:30PM and worked until midnight to rectify the issue. Jeff did an excellent job and minimized the damage to the front yard.
