For the first time, my two puppies were under the care of Jae and her family for a week. They appeared to be satisfied, at ease, and Jae exuded kindness towards them. I appreciated her consistent attentiveness throughout each day. Upon returning home, they both longed for her presence so dearly. We were extremely pleased with her affectionate nurturing.

Jae proved to be an ideal cat sitter! She and her daughter-in-law, covering the job for a brief while, dropped by to meet us a day before our departure. Jae inquired about all the necessary details and was enthusiastic about getting acquainted with our timid feline, Minnie. Not only did she look after our kitty admirably, but she also tended to the plants and ensured the mail was checked. Realizing our dissatisfaction in case of an incomplete renovation task upon return, Jae also presented me with a beautiful bunch of blooms! When we plan our next trip out of town, I will surely contact Jae without hesitation.

Jae's performance was exceptional. She provided excellent care to our two dogs at our house. She paid careful attention to our one dog who has a medical problem and can be a little hard to handle, but she calmed our worries and cared for both our lovely pups with affection. She is unparalleled!

Jae was amazing! Previously, when I boarded my dog, he was always sad and refused to eat while constantly crying. However, with Jae, he was content, ate his food with happiness, and didn't want to leave her when I arrived to pick him up. I will definitely use her services again without hesitation.
