Although Jade is just starting out, I felt it was important to provide some constructive criticism. Therefore, I informed her of the issues I observed during her cleaning service. In response, she offered a lower price. Despite my reluctance to leave anything negative, I believe it was necessary to provide this feedback.

Jade's cleaning service is both professional and meticulous. She is reliable, always arriving on time, and accommodating when I need to alter our arrangement. Additionally, she promptly addresses my messages. Overall, I highly recommend her!

Jade's demeanor was pleasant, making communication with her effortless and her professionalism was noteworthy. On the day of my new home's closing, I immediately engaged Jade's cleaning services to get the house cleaned before my family and I moved in. Despite my delay in returning to the property caused by a longer-than-expected closing, Jade was patient, waiting without complaints. Upon arrival, I gave her a tour of the house and explained what I needed cleaning-wise, including all surfaces, floors, appliances (inside and out), and disinfection. Jade was eager to oblige and got to work understandably. Afterwards, she pointed out some mold on the caulking in the master bathroom shower, along with suggestions on how to remove it and dried soap scum from the shower bench, which I really appreciated. The house appeared neat and smelled fresh, and we were willing to hire Jade again. However, later in the evening, I noticed some spots that weren't cleaned correctly, such as inside the microwave and the refrigerator. When notified, Jade explained that because I only requested a standard clean, she only focused on the outside of appliances and not their inside. While I understood her clarification about the difference in services offered, I wished she had informed me about them earlier. Moreover, I still found dust and hair left by the previous owners on the floor, compelling me to clean the house myself before unpacking my family's belongings. Although Jade's pricing was budget-friendly, her attention to detail could have been more thorough.

Normally, I wouldn't hire a cleaner because of my particular cleaning standards, but Jade exceeded my expectations and made sure that everything was cleaned as I desired. She went above and beyond, and I am extremely happy with her work. In fact, I have requested her to come back weekly and would recommend her services to my friends without hesitation! 😊
