Jacob was contracted to install a fresh outdoor spigot and copper piping with a shut off valve heading towards the spigot. While preparing to commence work by turning off the main line in the basement, he pointed out that the previous plumber's installation was below standard, as it began to leak when the main line was slightly touched. He repaired the leak and I inquired if he could also swap out that line of pipes. I am very grateful that he noticed another problem that I was not aware of.
