These are the specifics: Jackson W was hired on January 11, 2023, with phone number 6822702304, to move and assemble a massage chair for $160 with a requirement for two people. The communication screenshot was available, and the date of service was on Jan 12, 2023. I informed him that I was unavailable from 2:30 pm CT until 3:30 pm CT due to an official call. However, Jackson and his assistant (Elijah) arrived at 1:30 pm CT. When he arrived, I notified him that I wouldn't be available from 2:30 pm CT, and he said they would finish before that. Both of them performed an efficient and rapid operation of moving the dismantled chair upstairs. They were polite and courteous. They started assembling the chair, which took longer than anticipated. They were finished between 2:45 pm and 3:00 pm CT, and I briefly tried it out during my call. As a result, I requested that if there were any difficulties, I could call back later to report them.
