A private gym location is available and membership purchase is not required. My aim as a trainer is to support individuals of all fitness levels by educating them. With my experience training athletes, busy professionals, senior citizens, and sedentary individuals in the Bay Area, I realize that goals differ from one person to another. Therefore, I am open to adapting and supporting you throughout your fitness journey while imparting necessary expertise for your success both during and outside the gym.
My fitness background includes boxing, Jiu Jitsu, Spartan Race preparation (top 6% finisher), basketball, and Olympic Weightlifting. Specializations include weight loss, muscle building, strength training, athletic performance, posture correction, pain management, and flexibility/mobility training. My experience comprises four years as a trainer at 24 Hour Fitness, serving as an intern at Infinite Body Health (Chiropractor’s office), being a former Olympic Weightlifting Competitor, and currently pursuing Martial Arts (Jiu Jitsu/Boxing).

Jackie was my temporary replacement for my usual personal trainer, who was absent for three weeks. He was prompt and presented himself in a professional manner. The workout sessions were engaging, vigorous, and diverse. Jackie provided most of his own equipment and introduced me to a range of novel exercises that focused on distinct muscle groups. Initially, I was drawn to Jackie's confidence and positive attitude, and I decided to hire him as my personal trainer. I had parted ways with my previous trainer due to their excessive attitude, so during our initial consultation, I warned Jackie about my high expectations and asked if he could handle it. He empathized with my poor experience and took the time to carefully listen to my fitness goals.
I was thoroughly impressed with the customized training plan that Jackie developed for me. He taught me things that my previous trainer never did, and I truly appreciated it. Jackie is always punctual and flexible with scheduling. He even trained me on a last-minute emergency session when I was feeling stressed. He is efficient with his time management and is always mindful of our scheduled end time.
One of the things I appreciate most about Jackie is his honesty and integrity. He doesn't try to sell me on supplements or push me to work out more than I am comfortable with. He respects my boundaries and helps me stay on track with my unique fitness goals.
I also love the private, fully-equipped gym space that Jackie uses. It's safe, comfortable, and has a great energy. Jackie and the gym owner are supportive of my singing, which is a personal goal of mine, and I feel accepted and appreciated when I train there.
