Although he was punctual and courteous, I communicated to him that he had blown a substantial amount of grass under my recently constructed deck while mowing. Regrettably, he did not acknowledge my message nor did he clear the grass off the deck. Our deck had just been reconstructed, and the entire area was spotless both above and below until he mowed the lawn.

It was an amazing experience. The guy was really friendly. He removed a big, old tree the very next day which made things so much easier for me. The work was done quickly and of high quality.

Jay was hired by my spouse and myself to take care of the daunting task of removing five hefty trees and grinding their stumps. It was a massive undertaking, but Jay and his team's professionalism and timeliness in completing the job were very noteworthy. Besides carrying out their primary task, they also fulfilled their promise to haul away the wood and old fence. Though adverse weather conditions did cause some delay, the overall outcome was excellent, exceeding our expectations. We cannot commend Jay's work enough and wished we could give him 100 shining stars. Thank you for your collaboration, and we hope you and your crew have a joyful and prosperous New Year!
