As a fully insured and bonded company accredited by the Houston Better Business Bureau, we take pride in our premium level house cleaning services.
Our basic cleaning service includes furniture dusting, spiderweb and wall décor cleaning, window and electronics cleaning, kitchen appliance cleaning, bed-making, and bathroom cleaning. We also offer a deep-cleaning option that additionally includes ceiling fan, window blind, door and frame, wall décor and picture frame, wood-built-in shelf, and glass surface cleaning. For move-outs and pre-move-ins, we provide a comprehensive cleaning service that includes all of the above plus cleaning closet shelves, pantry shelving, cabinet drawers and shelves, and all floor surfaces.
In addition to our residential and commercial cleaning services, we offer a comprehensive Air BnB package that includes basic or deep clean services with laundry and restocking. We also offer a COVID-19 disinfectant and sterilization service for homes, offices, and businesses for rates starting at $299. For commercial cleaning, we charge $0.15 per square foot.

Aldo and Daisy exhibited exceptional hospitality by attending our initial consultation on a Sunday to accommodate our schedule. During the cleaning service on a Saturday, they arrived with a team of four and ensured our satisfaction in every room, gladly re-cleaning any areas we asked them to. They took note of any possible issues, such as broken items, and informed us to avoid any confusion. Although their efficiency was impressive, we suggest they pay more attention to specific items during the cleaning process. Nevertheless, they took proper precautions throughout the cleaning and we highly recommend J3 for their excellent services.
