I am extremely satisfied with the recent installation of my new roof! The credit goes to Jose and his team who did a marvelous job and finished the project within the deadline. Unlike most other roofers who suggested layering the shingles over the old roof, Jose opted to scrape my old roof clean, replaced the damaged wooden structures, and then installed the new roof. He even installed a ridge vent to improve ventilation and painted some unattractive vent pipes to match the roof. I was grateful that he put some planks below the dumpster to prevent any damage to my driveway. Remarkably, his quote was the most economical of the three that I received.

My sunroom's small flat roof required repair or replacement. Jose Torres roofing responded within an hour to give me a quote. Jose promptly met with me the next day, bringing with him all the necessary samples and demonstrating the membrane system's functionality and his plan for repairing my roof. Despite my wet rotten OSB, his bid was still lower than others, so I hired him. Jose did an excellent job, only taking a few hours to replace sections of OSB, remove the gravel and install the membrane system. His crew even left my yard cleaner than before they arrived, folding and setting aside the tarp, clamps and rocks I had used to cover the roof.
