It's impossible to put into words how excellently these two women presented our household. They arrived when the building was about 80% complete and, after weighing up a few different businesses, I was confident that J2 Squared was the correct choice. I gave them no specific instructions and allowed them to take command of the operation, which I'm thrilled about. As they were finishing up, I was gobsmacked by the amount of detail they'd included and how much more spacious the home felt! The excellent Juliana managed to sell our previously stagnant house in just three days! Prior to Juliana's intervention, we were struggling to attract serious interest in the property, despite having hosted several viewing sessions. But, with Juliana's expert eye for detail, she was able to identify areas of the house that required improvements and offered us a very competitive estimate. She and her assistant worked tirelessly to transform the décor and furniture, choosing high-end pieces that only served to highlight the property's luxurious features. Juliana and her assistant were extremely pleasant to work with, demonstrating high levels of professionalism and creativity. I only regret not approaching Juliana sooner, as had we done so, perhaps the sale wouldn't have taken so long. Moving forward, I will never attempt to sell a home without Juliana.
