My conversation with Jennifer started via email where I explained that my family consists of 35 people, and I wanted to know if she was capable of handling such a large group. She shared some of her previous work, which included a group of about 40 individuals, and I was impressed. However, due to the cold weather, I asked if it was possible to take the photos indoors. Although Jennifer had a studio, it wouldn't accommodate everyone comfortably, so she suggested several rental spaces and free locations that we could consider. Jennifer respected my opinion, even though my knowledge of photography was minimal compared to hers, and worked with me every step of the way. We nearly had everything in place before my husband changed his mind and said it was too costly. I had to deliver this news to Jennifer, but she remained understanding and open to answering any questions I had. Finally, two weeks before we needed the pictures taken, my husband changed his mind again and agreed that Jennifer was the right photographer for the job. Even though it was her son's birthday, Jennifer stepped up and was willing to take our family photos. We had 15 grandchildren, with the oldest being 14 and the youngest being 9 months old, and Jennifer worked with us outdoors in the chilly weather to get amazing shots. The final result was beyond our expectations, and we are extremely grateful to Jennifer for her kindness, expertise, and consideration. Thank you so much, Jennifer!
