My expectations were not only met, but exceeded by Kathy and her team. They completed a comprehensive clean of my entire house after a major renovation project that resulted in a significant amount of dust. I was pleased with their efficiency and attention to detail. Throughout the process, they regularly checked in with me to ensure that I was satisfied with their work. Additionally, I found their pricing to be very reasonable and fair. Although I was worried that my location might pose a problem, this was not the case. As a result of my positive experience, I intend to use J&K for ongoing cleaning services.

After having some drywall work done, my house was extremely dirty. However, Kathy and her team came fully prepared to take on the job! Four hours and 3600 square feet later, my house was immaculate. The team was affable and flexible, bringing all the necessary tools and supplies. I have decided to book them on a weekly basis moving forward and am eagerly anticipating the next time I see this marvelous group of women! To begin with, I thoroughly enjoyed the pre-clean walkthrough of the house. Expectations were discussed. Despite being hesitant at first, due to the positive reviews, the initial cleaning surpassed my expectations. Furthermore, the cleaner graciously offered to return if any areas were overlooked. I am quite choosy and plan to make use of this service on a monthly basis.
