It was surprising and amazing that I could book an appointment on the same day. Josh arrived on time and started fixing my TV wall mount, which I had attempted before. He gave me some tips during the installation and met my expectations with the final product. He also charged me a reasonable price with no hidden fees. Joshua did an excellent job! I needed to mount my Frame TV that had an unconventional bracket requiring some geometry skills. He worked diligently and achieved a flawless result!

The whole ordeal was incredibly convenient and reasonably priced! Utilizing CrackerJack.com, I successfully completed an online booking, answered some task-related quiz questions, and received an estimate. The booking process allowed me to pick a day that was convenient for me, and I received a text confirmation. The friendly installer arrived punctually, unpacked and fastened the TV mount, and finished the TV mounting within 30 minutes. I was concerned about how to give a gratuity since cash is rarely carried these days. However, the installer sent me a text message with a link, and I quickly paid for the service (along with a well-earned tip!) using the Square app. I strongly recommend iTOD.
