The work done by Josue and the other two cleaners was impressive! I am so satisfied that I have already scheduled them for my monthly cleaning and can't wait to see their work. In general, we were satisfied, but a few issues arose. Firstly, there was still soap scum on the glass in our master bathroom, even though the rest of the shower looked clean. Additionally, empty bottles were merely stacked on the shower shelf instead of being thrown out. While the bathroom garbage cans were emptied, new bags were not placed inside, which was a hassle for my husband and me since we both have trouble bending over. Moreover, there was a considerable amount of dust under our couch, which we couldn't clean due to health issues. A bag of trash was left on the front porch in the hot sun, and the inside doormat was also left outside. Lastly, the cleaning crew did not communicate when they were finished or offer a walkthrough to address any issues. Overall, the service was not up to our expectations, and my husband is unsatisfied, which has led us to reconsider using this service again.

Isabel's service has left our home looking spotless. Despite having a newborn and dog, you'd never guess they were living here. Communication was effortless and prompt. The crew was courteous and arrived on time. We're looking forward to continuing with their exceptional services!
