Andrew the coach is an excellent trainer with immense knowledge in powerlifting. He can motivate you to push yourself, and his training plans are tailored to help you reach your goals safely and efficiently. He even predicts the number of reps you can handle before you do. I have consistently achieved personal records in deadlifts and squats since I started training with him. In just three months, I went from a 315lbs deadlift to a 435lbs deadlift and 365lbs squats to 405lbs squats by working out only two to three times a week. I'm grateful for his guidance and motivation, and I'm looking forward to hitting 500lbs at 48 years old.

I was referred to Andrew by CrackerJack, despite having no prior experience with a personal trainer. As a long-time runner, I often suffered from injuries that forced me to take breaks every year. While attempting strength training and flexibility routines on my own, I struggled to perfect the mechanics and further injured myself.
Since working with Andrew, I have been impressed by his ability to identify my weaknesses with precision. I never expected to find a trainer who understood the typical vulnerabilities and injuries of runners, but Andrew's intuition and experience have been spot on in identifying my under-developed muscles and mechanics during our sessions.
After just a few sessions, I already feel less pain and awkwardness during my runs. I am more efficient and optimistic that this work will enable me to keep up a sustainable running practice for the first time.
Andrew's personality and instruction style are also a great match for me. He has a wealth of physiological knowledge and eagerly explains the rationale behind each exercise and load. He is demanding but responsive if the load is too much, and always positive and encouraging without being insincere.
