Unfortunately, the problem demanded a special part they didn't have available that day but promised to return to fix it over the weekend. Throughout our dealings, IRBIS staff were consummately professional. Brian was on hand to schedule and confirm our appointments through email. We were glad to see their technicians arrive during the allocated time-windows on both visits. Technician Kenny provided us with half an hour notice before arriving and upon arrival, walked us through the diagnosis of our issue and what had to be done to fix it. Despite not being able to repair the device on the first day, he wasted no time in arranging for someone to return the next day. Steven, the second technician, showed up the following day and managed to get our heating working again. We were pleased with IRBIS HVAC's service and would not hesitate to implore them for further HVAC-related services.

The root cause was swiftly identified and resolved by the technician in just 30 minutes. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work and would highly endorse it.
