Description:
For me, being present on every job is crucial. However, it limits my ability to plan too far ahead because I prioritize putting my signature on every project I undertake. Over the years, I have learned that expanding results in a decline in quality, which is no longer worthwhile to me.
I value the freedom to create my own schedule and enjoy the unique challenges that come with each job. Even after nearly four decades of doing this work since I was 16, I continue to learn something new every day. If that ever stops, it will be a sign for me to stop too.

My concrete steps and landing were cracked and chipped, but Jon's exceptional repair job exceeded my expectations. I initially believed the entire block needed to be replaced, but he skillfully coated it with a sturdy structural cement. The outcome was stunning - the workmanship was executed flawlessly, resembling an authentic concrete block with crisp edges. Without hesitation, I would employ his services again.

The entire ceiling of the living room, originally made from tiles, was repaired. The contractor suggested using sheet rock instead, which proved to be the right choice. The quality of the work was excellent.

Previously, we believed that our patio, which was 40 years old, was destined for the dump. However, John came to the rescue and rescued it! Our brick wall was damages and unattractive, with numerous repair work done over time. The cracks were unpleasant to look at. John revamped the patio magnificently, and we can now relish in it for many years to come. He recommended a stunning stone finishing, and all materials were deftly applied.
