Alicia promptly replied to our inquiry and was professional, polite, and accommodating. She even offered superb decor suggestions. However, we recommend that she develop a more personal connection with clients, such as using their names to build rapport. At one point, we felt she had forgotten our name. While Alicia provided the services we agreed upon, the resulting balloon arch fell short of our expectations. The color scheme lacked a hue, with a pastel tan replacing the gold we had requested. Moreover, the organic balloon half was bare, instead of being adorned with fabric of our chosen color scheme. Although we provided additional balloons to add fullness, we did not voice our concerns then. The centerpieces also did not meet our expectations, contrary to what we observed in the pictures provided. As a result, our overall experience was average though fair for the value. Thank you.
