Maria went above and beyond, exhibiting exemplary performance. I needed to get my document notarized, but it was incomplete, lacking some pages, and to my dismay, the network was down in the location, and I wasn't able to print the missing ones. However, Maria was very patient and worked with me tirelessly until we found a way to transfer the file from my laptop to hers without the internet. She even had an emergency printer in her car, which we used to print the document. Despite the inconvenience that should have only lasted for 10 minutes, it ended up taking us almost an hour. Nonetheless, Maria maintained her calm and patience throughout the process.
