With over 80 published articles on sales and leadership, John has developed a framework for corporate learning on sales leadership based on his research into interpersonal skill development. As the founder of a global sales training company, John recruited and trained a team of diverse experts in instructional design, sales training, and consultation, delivering customized courses to corporate clients around the world. His methods are field-tested and tailored to develop the interpersonal skills of any professional, including salespeople, executives, and managers.
Born in Australia, John is a dual citizen and well-traveled professional who has worked across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia. He has worked with a variety of clients, including Gannett Company, Equifax Europe, Al Futtain Industries, and the State of Victoria, among others. He also opened and managed a European office in Brussels to facilitate client needs.
John holds a doctoral degree in education from the University of Rochester, where he co-taught Consulting Skills and organizational development at Rochester Institute of Technology. He is currently a co-leader of an initiative to establish a graduate-level Institute of Professional Selling. In his work, John is dedicated to helping clients achieve their maximum potential while honing his own abilities through humility, clarity, and insight.
