Jenae is a personable and friendly lady with a great intuition, which is pivotal to me. It is important for me to work with like-minded people to ensure a seamless collaboration. Upon arrival at my "new to me" home, with jackhammer noise and trash all around, Jenae took the time to examine the layout and ideas that I already had in mind. She was very accepting of my idiosyncrasies and worked with me to come to my own conclusions on what needed tweaking - all without applying any pressure. It was evident that Jenae was well-prepared for our meeting, as she had already created a design board and researched my home online, demonstrating her keen interest in the project. We are only at the beginning of the journey, but I am eagerly anticipating a successful outcome. As a budget-conscious person, I am delighted that Jenae is accommodating to my frugal ways. My experience working alongside Jenae has been absolutely fantastic. Our family had a complex and challenging project - relocating from another state to a vast, empty property. Jenae was incredibly responsive, attentive, and demonstrated the highest level of integrity throughout each stage of the project. She went well beyond what many design firms would do, managing every detail of the project with an exceptional level of precision. Jenae expertly coordinated a large team of delivery personnel, furniture re-upholsterers, electricians, HVAC repair technicians, and window treatment installation experts to bring our home to life. In addition, Jenae is a creative and thoughtful professional who took the time to understand our vision for the home. She searched throughout the city and surrounding areas for unique, elegant pieces that would complement the aesthetic theme we chose as our anchor. Ultimately, Jenae's attention to detail allowed her to stay within our established budget without sacrificing style. We are already making plans for "Phase II" once we get settled, and we know that European Flair will be an invaluable partner in realizing our vision. I cannot recommend Jenae and her team enough - they are truly deserving of more than five stars!

My experience was wonderful. The materials used were precisely what I was looking for, and Jenae was considerate of my worries and dealt with them. She exceeded all expectations by graciously going beyond the requirements. All tasks were completed on schedule, and the results were splendid. The only issue was my inability to proceed further with my house right now. However, I plan on consulting her in the future when ready for more renovations. Notably, her expertise was apparent, and her vision for home design is remarkable.

Jenae's design skills are exceptional! She assisted me in selecting furniture and other décor that would complement my existing items at home. Initially, she assessed my belongings and visited my house. Then, she presented photos of items and furniture from various magazines to grasp my style. We then discussed the budget and afterwards, she bought the required items for my house. Whilst I was away at work, she decorated my home and it was a pleasant surprise returning to a newly-decorated home. The house looked flawless and as though it were a model home. Jenae not only impressed me with her work but also with her compassion and kindness. I consider her dear friend after this experience.
