My 2200 sq foot backyard was transformed with the installation of IntelliTurf. Due to my two large dogs and numerous shade trees, my yard was constantly covered in mud and moss for a majority of the year. After researching various products, I decided on IntelliTurf due to the superior quality of the grass blades and the detailed proposal provided. The installation team was polite, efficient, and completed the job in just one week, which included creating three french drains to improve drainage from the house. However, since I had never addressed this pre-existing condition, there was a substantial amount of crushed stone and sand to be dumped for the installation. While the end result exceeded my expectations, I would suggest checking for any chipmunks or moles living in your yard prior to installation. Unfortunately, I discovered one living just 5 feet away from the edge of the turf, and he dug a channel underneath to access his home. It will be fixed next spring, now that I know the rodent is no longer there. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the IntelliTurf and regret not having it installed sooner. The aesthetic appeal and ease of maintenance is highly complemented by its lack of odor, browning, puddles, and mud. What more could one ask for?
