The staff at the office is highly skilled, friendly, and accommodating. When faced with unexpected hurdles, Jason and Matt remained professional and calm. Moreover, they were able to convey information to me in a straightforward and respectful manner. Bob McCarthy, the technician who installed my furnace and air conditioner, was highly knowledgeable about the equipment and extremely courteous. Thanks to his expertise, my AC unit was moved to reduce noise levels and better secured compared to the previous unit. The units themselves have been working flawlessly and I couldn't be happier with the results. Intelligent Services, the company I worked with, were prompt, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this excellent company.
