He had a thorough understanding of the treatment and advised us on where to spray based on our apprehensions. We have seen a vast improvement since our appointment a week ago. Bed bugs are universally disliked and I, too, was unfamiliar with how to deal with them. When the first company I contacted was vague with information but exorbitant in price, I turned to CrackerJack and was fortunate to receive a response from Art/Integrity. From the outset, Art was forthcoming and communicative, answering our questions, booking a home visit, and devising a plan of action. During the visit, Art thoroughly explained what needed to be done, taking into account the circumstances of our infestation and what we could do to prepare. The price was reasonable for the work required, and Art's engagement with us was exemplary, making a large payment more than acceptable. Additionally, when we needed further guidance while preparing for the treatment, Art responded promptly. Although I hope I will not need assistance again, I would not hesitate to contact Integrity if I do.

I intentionally delayed my review for a week as it's difficult to determine pest eradication immediately. However, I'm thrilled to share that Integrity's performance was exceptional - we haven't spotted a single bug! The owner, Art, impressed me the most with his informative sessions on bedbugs. He took the time to educate us and guided us through the process of getting rid of bedbugs and preventing re-infestation. Art's punctuality and reliability were noteworthy, and he kept us well-informed about his arrival, his work process, and our role in keeping our home free of bedbugs. One caveat - Art advised us to wait for a couple of hours before re-entering our home for safety reasons, and the wait-time left us sweltering in the heat. We had to relocate to a hotel with efficient air conditioning. Therefore, I recommend taking Art's advice of finding alternate arrangements after he has treated your property. Overall, I highly recommend Art and Integrity Bed Bug Solutions - we got lucky when we found them!

Art conducted himself in a highly informative and professional manner. I had the unpleasant discovery of uncovering bed bugs just two days before I was scheduled to relocate to my newly purchased house. As a result, I urgently required their services and Art ensured that everything was completed promptly. It has now been several weeks since I underwent the heat treatment and there have been no indications of a bed bug presence. Additionally, Art's 60-day guarantee is significantly longer than other similar guarantees offered by competing companies. Consequently, I would highly endorse this exceptional organization.
